  • A healthy body weight is vitally important, and your fat percentage should ideally be between 22% to 28%.
  • There are many natural treatments available to us, and probably the 3 most vital ones are Reflexology, Acupuncture and Hypnosis.
  • Exercise is essential. Walking is probably the best exercise as it is cardio, relaxing, and you can walk at a speed suitable to your fitness.
